1.1. Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a training appointment. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of a session from the client's training package.
1.2. Session Packages:
Training sessions are purchased in packages of 10 sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
1.3. Termination of Membership:
Hess Elite reserves the right to terminate a client's membership at any time at the discretion of Steve Hess.
1.4. Payment Policy:
Payment for training packages must be processed before the first session commences.
